I joined the Mews Guest Journey team in early 2020 to help rethink how guests check in and out of hotels, a process that hadn’t changed much in decades.

We redesigned the entire guest journey to be fully digital, from pre-arrival to check-out.

The result? A faster, frictionless experience for guests, and more time for hotel staff to focus on hospitality, not paperwork.
